Registering for the Conference

Delegates should register on-line. If you do not have access to the internet please contact In Conference who will arrange for a form to be sent to you.

Please note that the Summary of Booking when registering on-line does not constitute a confirmation. In Conference will send out confirmations to ALL registrants received by email or letter within 2 weeks of registering. If you do not receive confirmation within this time please telephone +44 (0)131 556 9245 or email imgc2005@in-conference.org.uk

Full payment must accompany each registration form or an invoice can be requested. Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received.

Cost: €60. You will be given the opportunity to sign up for the Bioinformatics Workshop when you register .

Should delegates wish to bring an accompanying person to the conference please contact the conference organizers, In Conference Ltd.

Delegate Cancellation

• Between July 29 and September 5 2005, the delegate fees will be refunded less €70 administration fee. This also applies if you have been invoiced but not yet paid the fees.
• After September 5 2005, no refunds will be given
• All cancellations must be received in writing either by post or fax, e-mail cancellations will not be accepted.
• Delegates who fail to arrive at the conference will still be liable to pay the full amount invoiced.

By Check: Checks should be in Euros and made payable to IMGC. (Your bank can organize this for you)

By Credit Card : Visa and Mastercard only are accepted, unfortunately we cannot accept American Express.
