General Information about the Conference

Registration/Information Desk

All delegates will receive a name badge, meeting documents and all relevant conference information upon registration at the conference desk at the sites below.

The Registration and Information Desk will be open at the following times

Friday November 4, 2005 : 11.00am – 6.00pm (Hilton Strasbourg Hotel)
Saturday November 5, 2005 : 9.00am – 4.00pm (Congrès Centre)
Sunday November 6, 2005 : 8.00am – 4.30pm (Congrès Centre)
Monday November 7, 2005 : 8.00am - 5.30pm (Congrès Centre)
Tuesday November 8, 2005 : 8.00am - 5.30pm (Congrès Centre)

First Aid/Medical Services

Please contact the Reception Staff at the Congrès Centre.

Poster Displays (Forum Area)

Posterboards measure 94cm by 250cm therefore the dimensions of your Poster should be 90cm x 240cm.

Posters can be put up from 1.00pm on November 5, 2005 and should be removed before 4.00pm on Tuesday November 8, 2005. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any posters left after this time.

The conference organizers will provide adhesive tape to attach your poster to the boards.

Special Requirements

Please advise the conference organizers of any special dietary (including vegetarian) or physical requirements.

Cancellation of the Conference

The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference in the event of any unpredictable event.

Internet Café

There will be an internet café running for the duration of the conference.

Insurance

The conference cannot accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to delegates, either during or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own personal insurance before travelling.

Speaker Check-in Room

Presenters must load their presentation from USB memory stick or CD (in PC or MAC versions) to the Speaker Check-in room at least 4 hours before their presentation begins. Please note that there will be no facilities for overhead projection or 35mm slide projection.

Visas

Please check with the local Embassy/Consulate concerning your visa regulations when making travel arrangements.

The Conference Organizers will provide letter of invitation on request.
